Preferably not a whole flood all at once, though!DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-61531842034904283342018-06-04T09:23:16.833+02:002018-06-04T09:23:16.833+02:00Thanks Carol :)Thanks Carol :)DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-55144727872017869972018-06-04T09:22:57.172+02:002018-06-04T09:22:57.172+02:00I can relate to that, Janet... That's the kind of temperature I get on my balcony in the afternoons and early evenings, and try to shut out by three parasols, blinds shut + extra 'blackout' curtain drawn in front of the balcony door... ;)DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-21796435118527725332018-06-04T08:26:26.842+02:002018-06-04T08:26:26.842+02:00The rhododendron look lovely!

They did not have any rain for the entire month of May, farmes are worried about crop damage of 20 to 30 % come harvest time.<br />Here down south, we had at least some rain, even though it was the hottest May in 130 years.Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704656564078750607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-81813324673842302682018-06-03T20:23:24.356+02:002018-06-03T20:23:24.356+02:00Our house is coolest in the morning as well. We have set a record for rain in May, and it is flooded, roads broken, and mudslides. It has rained hard every day for over two weeks. The rhododendrons are gorgeous!
