They have a trail up to a bird blind where you can sit and watch the birds on their cliffside nests without disturbing them. You can only get there by private boat or a charter, so it's never crowded. - MargyPowell River Bookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17580698518291129041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-14288016308782314802015-06-23T17:51:58.625+02:002015-06-23T17:51:58.625+02:00Thanks everyone visiting from OurWorld Tuesday :)...Thanks everyone visiting from OurWorld Tuesday :)DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-26534515722849446452015-06-23T17:49:32.804+02:002015-06-23T17:49:32.804+02:00The Mum took to the air when I approached, Sandra....The Mum took to the air when I approached, Sandra... I kept my distance to her babies though, just zoomed them in with the camera... They come here from the coast in spring. They can be quite a nuisance sometimes when there are too many of them... but at the same time it's always a sure sign of spring when they come, and they always bring a feeling of summer and the seaside, which I enjoy. I also find the young ones rather amusing as they are in the habit of exploring the neighbourhood on foot before they learn to fly. They're usually a bit older than this when I first see them, though. I think these must have their nest quite close to where I live.DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-53892717361045814412015-06-23T13:59:26.633+02:002015-06-23T13:59:26.633+02:00adorable and I think in the past pic one of them i...adorable and I think in the past pic one of them is giving the photographer the Stink EyeMadSnapperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08163140037276496519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-36662538133190468852015-06-23T12:33:27.099+02:002015-06-23T12:33:27.099+02:00They are adorable! They are adorable!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4609118120551505936.post-73209092219603182152015-06-23T09:30:01.569+02:002015-06-23T09:30:01.569+02:00They are so very cute at that age.
