Be thou the rainbow in the storms of life.
The evening beam that smiles the clouds away,
and tints tomorrow with prophetic ray.

Oh wow! A double one, and so clear! It's been a long time since I have seen a rainbow "live", we've had so few rainy days in the last half year you can count them on one hand.

What a gorgeous double rainbow!! It is large and brilliant. It even appears to be lighting up the leaves.

Beautiful colours with stormy skies in the background.

Nice pictures and a nice quote. I particularly liked the leaves gilded with sun against the rainbow colours.

Thanks everyone for your comments. It really was a magnificient full half circle of double rainbows. Wasn't able to fit the whole thing into my camera view, though :)
