It's a frozen world here at the moment. Even with my new studded
boots on, it's best to keep my eyes on my feet while out walking...
But I did have the camera with me today, and stopped to take these photos.
They really are beautiful. I've never seen rosehips in real life I've seen pictures of yours but the frost makes them look better. Glad you got to do a trial run with the new boots
Sandra, frost always tends to add an interesting touch to objects and nature - and at the same time, in the black-and-white season of winter, it is also always nice to find something with a bit of colour left... So frosty red berries is always a good combination! :)
Rosehips are always beautiful, and the icy snowy crystals add a magic touch to them. I've seen Christmas cards looking very much like the middle photo.
Thanks Meike. Actually I think I may once have used a photo of frosty rose hips for my own Christmas cards... I think that was several years ago though.
