Close to the entrance of the Borås Zoo, there is an Adventure Park. Personally I get dizzy just by looking up at it, and it would not even enter my head to try and get up there myself to try the opposite perspective! (It will be more than enough adventure for me if I dare try the new entrance bridge to the Zoo when that is opened, however stable that might be. Click on the link above to see an earlier post about that.)
I’ll be linking to Good Fences – even if I have my personal doubts about the fences in this case being anywhere near good enough!
I would not go up there but there are many who love to do it. they have one here very much like it, i have seen it on TV and it has lots of people going out there to climb around on it.... love those trees
ReplyDeleteI realise there must be people who love it or they wouldn't have been able to make a successful business out of it. But they won't be getting money out of me :)
DeleteThat is a cool adventurous ride.
ReplyDeleteOh MY! Surely they will not let EVERYONE on this contraption? What a coincidence, our local zoo has just put in zip lines! I guess UP and OUT is all the new thing; people need more and more to get a thrill nowadays. I am on the GROUND with you!! Just plain life is scary enough without man made thrills!
ReplyDeleteGinny, no doubt there is a long list of safety rules. And it costs money. I haven't had any reason to look closer into details.
DeleteI think I would skip that!
ReplyDeleteI'd have enjoyed that in my younger days (bearing in mind that there is a safety rope!) but I'm not sure I'd be fit enough these days (although my new knee gets better every day.
ReplyDeleteI never had the inclination for anything of that kind, neither in childhood nor later!
Deletethat's pretty neat. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, not my cup of tea either!! Nicely photographed.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'd dare to do that.
ReplyDeleteI would absolutely LOVE to do that! (You're not surprised, are you, Monica :-) )
ReplyDeleteCool avontuur!
ReplyDeleteYikes that looks a bit scary, I'm afraid of heights.
