Water Lilies

Walking into town yesterday, I noticed the water lilies in bloom in the river.

"It took me time to understand my water lilies. I had planted them for the pleasure of it; I grew them without ever thinking of painting them." ~ Claude Monet

    1. Ginny, I don't know. I've never kept track of an individual lily, I just associate them with this time of year, i.e. late summer.

  5. Oh we do love Monet and your photos show some gorgeous water lilies. Are they native to Sweden?
