Woke up to the lawns outside covered by a thin layer of snow this morning - but that soon disappeared as the day turned out sunny. Good to see a clear blue sky reflected in the river again, after a grey and rainy week.
I asked Bing Copilot for a positive poem about the colour blue, and got this:
**Azure Skies**
Beneath azure skies, dreams take flight,
A canvas of hope, bathed in pure light.
Ocean waves whisper secrets untold,
Bluebells dance, their petals unfold.
In twilight's embrace, stars softly gleam,
Bluebirds sing melodies, a celestial theme.
Blue, the hue of serenity and grace,
A tranquil refuge in life's bustling race.
So let us embrace this calming hue,
In every shade of cerulean and true.
For in blue's embrace, we find our way,
Guided by its gentle touch each day.
Then I got curious to know more about AI's creative process...
Did you know they actually write by hand?? ;-)

the poem is lovely and I have liked the few i have asked for and it/they/he/she does a super job. I did NOT know they write it by hand. how cool is that? i love that they blend in with the blue color. I have zero blue in my closet, one navy T-shirt is it. yesterday i bought a 100% cotton night gown, print in this color blue.
SO cute!!!! And pretty blue everywhere.
That's a very pleasant poem. It seems that the "poets" do a much more acceptable job than when asked to produce something involving the human form - or street cleaning!
Isn't it great how uplifting sunshine and blue sky feels after a period of grey?
Your AI poets all seem to be very artistic, preferring hand-written poems to... erm... using AI to have them created :-D
I was quite amused to get these images of the AI robots writing by hand :)
Ginny, I asked for an AI robot writing poetry, against a background of blue sky reflected in a river (like my photo), but I did not specify any other details.
Carol, it's quite astonishing how quickly the AI can come up with a poem, rhymes and all. I'm wondering if literary scholars can recognise AI poetry as easily as we can often spot certain flaws in AI images...
Meike, it seems AI is doing its best to be taken seriously! ;-)
