Today is World Postcard Day, and in spite of my complaints yesterday about current postage rates, I did get a handful of cards (5) written and posted today. Three to strangers at Postcrossing, and two to "penpals". (No, not Christmas cards! I still have plenty of others "in stock" as well...)
i like all three of these, the are so brightly colored. I really like the human flag pole, the flag is gorgeus.

ReplyDeleteFor me, it was the 1st of October, and Erntedank (although I did not go to church).
Meike, our equivalent of Erntedank in church is next Sunday, I think - thanksgiving for harvest etc.
DeleteI didn't realise it was World Postcard Day, so belated greetings. Those are very colourful and attractive postcards. The guy on the card on the right hand side looks ready for a very cold winter!
