Wow, ancient? What and how old? I am just too curious for pictures with no words...
It's a rune stone from Öland. You can read more about it in my post about Lerkaka (Öland) back in August. I can't say exactly how old but Viking Age I assume (800-1000 AD or so).
Viking carvings, wonder what it all means?
