Today a combination of fog and frost made my surroundings more interesting again... I'll leave you to your own contemplations while browsing through my photos - just as I tend to let my own mind wander while out walking!
The combination of fog and frost turned your neighbourhood into an enchanted land! I love how you make the comparison of us looking at your photos and you letting your mind go wandering while out walking.
each one I came to I thought this is my favorite, I ended up with all of them are my favorites, I can't even choose one. they are AMAZING! printed on canvas, any and all would be stunning on my walls... each one tells a story. wow wow wow
The pics look enchanting and straight out of dreamland! Looks like a chilling cold day out there! Thank you for sharing the sky pictures. Happy skywatching! Esha from https://mysoultalks.com/a-blue-sky-day-in-mtskheta-skywatchfriday/
You are an expert at capturing fog. The main idea is to have a subject of different color in the forefront and the fog in the background. Even the tan weeds present the fog as the main subject. You nailed it.
Thanks everyone for your comments! - One thing that I did note on that walk is that the only way to capture the fog with the camera is from a distance... Because as soon as you try to get closer to it, it disappears - and the things it was hiding become visible instead... ;-)
Lovely atmospheric photos. They capture the essence of Winter perfectly.
ReplyDeleteExcellent photos, but a day for wrapping up well to brave the chill.
ReplyDeleteFog and frost create intriguing scenes.

ReplyDeleteThey are all so wonderful and moody! My favorite is the one with the tall curved lights, and the one after it.
