The rest of the week after Christmas Eve can be summarized "grey and foggy". Somehow the fog outdoors seems to creep into my brain as well. I'll be back when it clears up... 😉
Like Amy, I like fog, too - but not for days on end. Here, the day started crispy cold but with sun and winter pastel skies. A couple of hours later, a thick grey icy fog made it an ideal stay-at-home day.

That's a very atmospheric photograph. I think many of us have foggy brains at this time of the season.
I love fog, it's so mysterious. We are waiting for rain to clear here so it can be blue skies again.

What a lovely photo! I hope you're doing alright. Why do I always associate the fog with silence...
What a great mood and atmosphere
Jabblog, hopefully it will get better when we get a bit more daylight again... :)
Amy, same here, but it seems the New Year is likely to start rainy too.
Meike, judging by my own photos it seems fog and grey clouds have reigned here for at least two weeks now...
Ginny, you're not wrong there. Fog does seem to mute sounds as well.
Ro, there is a certain mystique to it - but when it lasts too long it tends to get rather boring!
