Not obvious, perhaps, but the photo above is a mirror shot.
Can you see me?
No, that’s not me!
(She’s got little window reflections in her face…)
Here I am again, in another mirror.
Still at the Textile Museum
(from where I’ve been posting all week)
The first shot is from the Visitors’ Workshop Corner,
where they also have a clothes rack full of stuff
which you can try on in front of a big mirror.
Before you comment, perhaps I’d better add
that it’s my own clothes I’m wearing.
Just to save us from embarrassment!
The red-and-blue mirror frame is from
the 60’s/70’s Design Exhibition.

These are both fun reflection shots. I've really enjoyed all the photos you've shared from the Textile Museum.
ReplyDeleteNice set ! The reflection on the demmy is quite interesting, cause the model is really an original one... I like the first shot too : it is quite difficult to find your reflection in all that... :)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun reflections for the day! I love them all! The "dummy" is really neat, love the reflections on its face! Wishing you a lovely weekend! Enjoy!

What really clever shots, I love them!! The first picture I was wondering where the mirror was!! Couldn't figure it out till you said, then I went back and saw you. I love that mirror, it does look 60's!! But you don't look dressed very warmly for all the bad weather!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, you're funny about the clothes:) Yes, very inobtrusively standing between the clothes models, that's she:) Have a great weekend, Monika!
ReplyDeleteFun shots! I think you should have tried on that jumpsuit the manequin is wearing.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! It looks like a great place to walk around and take photos!
ReplyDeletePatrick Tillett, Extremely Overdue
Very funky mirror.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, it is not oblivious from the above that it is a reflection.
ReplyDeleteStunning styles and colours in these intriguing photos! And all in a mirror!
ReplyDeletelike that first mirror shot, i was thinking call it "secret agent woman photographer" and lots of neat things in that photo. like the closeup of the mannequin to
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see that I'm not alone in that I wouldn't have realised that it was a reflection if you hadn't actually appeared in it.
ReplyDeleteNice shots and it's so cool that you were able to capture reflections in her face. :)
